Talent planning, screening, sourcing and engaging highly qualified candidates and new hire employees during the orientation stage.
Liaise with hiring managers on hiring plans to meet staffing needs
Proactively build pipeline while identifying potential candidates through head hunting, online sourcing, networking, leveraging group research, candidate referrals and other creative ways to fill the requirements
Screen and generate prospective candidates toward building their career with Azuga.
Identify and engage passive candidates through Linkedin, Boolean sourcing, and alternative search techniques.
