Job Description:


Azuga is looking for Order Management Specialist to support our Customers and Sales teams. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to build, maintain and expand cross-functional relationships; adapt to changing needs; and develop a deep knowledge of processes, resources and
tools across the organization.

Relationship:

Reports to Manager Order Management in Bangalore
Manage Relationships with Customers, Customer care associates, Sales team and application vendors
Work closely with designated Sales Teams

Responsibilities:

  • You will be working on web based bill run & payment run tools
  • You will be generating and dispatching invoices to customer
  • You will be responsible for payment follow up with customers (via email and phone call) for pending payments
  • You need to manage customers data plan and action if customers are not paying.
  • Bill rationalization for customers that are on two different billing cycles
  • Manage projects and initiatives which require cross functional partnerships

Key Skills:
  • Attention to Details and accuracy is very critical
  • Excellent communication Skills (essential)
  • Excellent in working with spreadsheets and billing applications
  • Should be able to multi task in demanding environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (essential)
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce (advantageous) or any other reputed CRM (essential)
  • Should be Process driven
  • Well versed in writing emails
  • Proficiency in Excel e.g. trending analysis, reporting etc. (essential)
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship skills
  • High levels of customer orientation and service excellence
  • Efficient collaboration skills with internal / external customers and cross functional teams
  • Ability to prioritize work capacity
  • Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
  • Can do attitude, proactive engagement, solutions seeking & team player in global
  • environment
  • Open to change and goal driven

Other details:

  • Prior experience in Billing
  • Good knowledge of Billing Cycle
  • Generating Quotes using excel
  • Experience with recurring billing software such as Zuora, Recurly or Aria is a plus

Location: Bangalore

Work Timings: 7.30pm 4.30am (US Shift) (Company will provide transportation)

Qualifications:

Commerce Graduate/undergraduate
Good Typing skills
